Preconstruction Planning

The Build
With planning complete and decisions finalized, construction begins. Punch List
As construction nears completion, we begin reviewing every detail of the project to ensure it meets both our standards and yours. This stage gives us an opportunity to identify any final touch-ups, adjustments, or items that need attention before we officially wrap up the project.
We walk through the space carefully, checking finishes, fixtures, functionality, and craftsmanship throughout the project. If there are any remaining concerns, they are addressed promptly. We believe the final details matter just as much as the larger elements of the project, and we are committed to delivering a finished space that you can enjoy with confidence.

Final Walkthrough & Photography
The final walkthrough is our opportunity to celebrate the completion of your project together. We walk through the finished space with you, review the completed work, answer any final questions, and ensure everything meets your expectations. Our goal is for you to feel excited, comfortable, and completely satisfied with the finished result.
Once the project is complete, we often schedule professional photography to document the transformation. These images allow us to showcase the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into the project while also helping future homeowners see what’s possible in their own homes. Most importantly, this final step marks the beginning of your enjoyment of a newly transformed space designed specifically for the way you live.
